Meet the Mindful Yogi Behind the Blog

Hey, I’m Lundon Sweetney <3

I am a mother of two. A woman who has lived through sexual assault, trauma, grief, autoimmune disease, and the quiet ache of sometimes not feeling fully seen.

I’ve rebuilt myself from the inside out more than once and I’ve learned to find beauty in my becoming.

I’m not just a coach or a yoga instructor.

I’m a soul who has walked through fire, who still believes in joy, peace and love.

Someone who chooses softness in a world that often demands and encourages hardness.

I don’t share my past for sympathy. I share it to encourage you that can come back to yourself, too. I reminder that I am more than what I’ve overcome.

Ive learned that healing from sexual trauma and disease while navigating grief and growth, is not always linear but it is still possible to rise with grace.

I’m a woman made of and allow myself to hold space for my many truths.

I am both soft and sturdy, light-filled yet deep-rooted.
I am where peace meets power. Where order moves with freedom. Where stillness holds a confident fire.

I’ve learned to embrace the full range of who I am, without shrinking any part of me.

I am joy in motion.
I’m a woman who belly-laughs with her kids, dances to Burna Boy while juicing watermelon on a Saturday morning. And will belt CeCe Winans to the top of her lungs on a Wednesday afternoon. I'm a women who creates sacred routines and spontaneous road trips.
I love yoga, brutal honesty, long journal entries, soulful adventures, and helping people remember who they are underneath the noise and numbness.

I believe in deep healing, in honest love, in spiritual alignment. But I also love leggins and hoodies, memes, dirt-under-your-nails gardening days, and saying “whatever” when the rules don’t fit.

I am passionate about helping women come home to themselves. Whether it’s through movement with yoga, mindful structure, emotional healing, or nutritional nourishment; I believe there’s power in remembering who you are and what you need.

Welcome to my wild, sacred, intentional world. I’m so glad you’re here.
